OVUM WINEMAKER’S DINNER

We welcome winemaker John House of Ovum Wines for a very special dinner. Ovum was founded by John and his wife Ksenija Kosticin in 2011, producing Oregon wines that evoke a sense of time and place.

Their wine-making production utilizes low-intervention methods, and the fermentations are done in neutral barrel and cement egg, with extended lees contact to add texture. What comes through is incredible minerality and acidity. Absolutely incredible paired with seafood, Chefs Mike & Jess have put together a menu that will play off the diversity and complexity of these wines.*
